Homemade bliss
The joy of homemade love recently showed Tapestry Farms families they are remembered, cared for, and loved.
The quilters at St. Paul Lutheran Church donated nine quilts to a refugee family who needed bedding to keep warm this winter.
The students in Katy Strzepek’s Women in Africa/HIST 212 class at St. Ambrose University, held a bake sale over the lunch hour in the school’s cafeteria. They raised hundreds of dollars for Tapestry Farms.
And Sandy Fritz put her knitting skills to work, making winter hats for refugee kids. <3
